  2. Hi, I am writing to express our disappointment at your switch to a new chicken at your Bay Adelaide location. Your previous supplier and/or cooking method made the chicken so tender and moist. Your new one is very chewy and unedible.

    We have a lot of new employees at our company and they have been turned off from Salad Days due to this. Can I petition you to reconsider your previous method?
